aKu & pANas BaRAn!!




Aku ni panas baran ke??
soalan ni selalu berlegar2 dalam minda aku ni..
sometimes aku rasa betul and sometimes aku rasa mcm x betul je..
aku pun xtau..Tapi apepun aku kena cari cara untuk atasi masalah ni..
aku cari n cari n then aku jumpa cara ni.. let see!!
Ni cara untuk kawal kemarahan..untuk aku ok ni..


Tips to help get my anger under control

  • Take a 'timeout.' i will count 1 to 10 before talk!!huhu.. susah gak nak duk diam ni.
  • Get some space. Take a break from the person you're angry with.. aku kena jauhkan diri ek?? em.. ikut je la..
  • Get some exercise. Physical activity can provide an outlet for your emotions. yeah.. this is gud..aku bole main frisbee..
  • Use humor to release tensions. Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Don't use sarcasm, though — it's can hurt feelings and make things worse.


  • Practice relaxation skills. include listening to music, writing in a journal and doing yoga. bek aku wat taichi..lg stylo..hoho
    aku akan cuba cara ni n aku harap cara ni berhasil la.. aku xmau dah panas baran. nanti kena darah tinggi gak, mati muda aku ni.

    p/s : yang, abg harap yg boleh tolong abg ye..kalu yang baca blog abg ni..yg pastikan abg wat pe yang abg tulis ni ye..I LOVE U!!
