soalan ni selalu berlegar2 dalam minda aku ni..
sometimes aku rasa betul and sometimes aku rasa mcm x betul je..
aku pun xtau..Tapi apepun aku kena cari cara untuk atasi masalah ni..
aku cari n cari n then aku jumpa cara ni.. let see!!
Ni cara untuk kawal kemarahan..untuk aku ok ni..

- Take a 'timeout.' i will count 1 to 10 before talk!!huhu.. susah gak nak duk diam ni.
Get some space. Take a break from the person you're angry with.. aku kena jauhkan diri ek?? em.. ikut je la..
Get some exercise. Physical activity can provide an outlet for your emotions. yeah.. this is gud..aku bole main frisbee..
Use humor to release tensions. Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Don't use sarcasm, though — it's can hurt feelings and make things worse.
- Practice relaxation skills. include listening to music, writing in a journal and doing yoga. bek aku wat taichi..lg stylo..hoho
aku akan cuba cara ni n aku harap cara ni berhasil la.. aku xmau dah panas baran. nanti kena darah tinggi gak, mati muda aku ni.
